This Privacy Policy describes how Lingwu (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use our AI interview platform and related services (the “Service”).

Account information: email address, name, password (stored in hashed form via our authentication provider), and profile settings you provide.
Interview content: questions you create, candidate responses, voice recordings, transcripts, session metadata, and AI-generated summaries or evaluations.
Usage data: log data, device and browser type, IP address, pages visited, and feature usage for security and product improvement.
Payment and billing: if you purchase a paid plan, billing contact details and transaction records processed by our payment partners (we do not store full payment card numbers).
2. How We Use Information
To provide, operate, and improve the Service, including AI-assisted interviews, reporting, and collaboration features.
To authenticate users, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service.
To communicate with you about your account, security notices, and product updates.
To comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful requests.
3. AI Processing
Interview content may be processed by third-party AI and speech providers you or your organization configure (e.g., LLM and ASR/TTS services). Data sent to those providers is governed by their policies as well as this Policy.
We do not use your private interview content to train public foundation models unless you explicitly opt in or we disclose otherwise in writing.
4. Sharing and Disclosure
We share data with service providers that help us run the Service (hosting, authentication, email, analytics) under contractual confidentiality obligations.
Organization administrators may access interview data within their workspace according to role permissions you configure.
We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger or acquisition with notice where required.
We do not sell personal information.
5. Data Retention and Security
We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, unless a longer period is required by law or requested by your organization.
We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and secure cloud infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
You may update account settings in the product or contact us to exercise your rights. We will respond within a reasonable time.
